The ones that make your tongue say, “Please make that again?”

This was one of those.

The only thing I did different was to season the chicken with Tony Cachere’s. I think I will always do that, but I will use a lighter hand. The combination of flavors, the richness, the mild spice of the creole seasoning, it was divine. As in, I stood over the sink and ate everyone’s leftovers. And I will eat it at least twice tomorrow.
