These are Salmon Favorelles, one of the types of hens in my new flock. I’ve never had these birds before, and I am excited to see how they compare to the chickens I’ve kept in the past.Â
We also have two Buff Orpingtons, a Barred Rock, two Silkies, and an Aracauna. Looking forward to putting them in their new coop when we move, and having more eggs than I can handle in the fall!
Considering taking it to the next step and raising our own meat birds, and at least a turkey or two.
