Just sent a rather assertive email to my foster agency. I indicated that a friend of mine is already licensed with a rival agency and she started a month after we did and had a lot more to complete.

In addition, my husband spent all day last Friday with people involved in the system, many of whom know us from when we fostered before. They are eager to have our home open again. The agency is losing money by not having us open so people can place with us. Sigh.

I’m all about divine timing, but I got nothin’ when people are just too overworked or under motivated to do their jobs.
