All I’ve done, is Hostess the Mostess, and eat and drink and be merry. Everyone is now gone, and my body needs a break. I’m pouring in all the water I can stand, and plan to have salmon and spinach for dinner, unless I don’t want it. I’ve put enough calories in my body over the last two weeks to sustain me for the rest of summer, so a break is a good thing, and I’m not feeling hungry at all. I may start doing this- fasting at the beginning of every week, just to reset my system.
Now, I have a ton of cleaning and laundry today, and Candy Crush to play. Yay for lazy time!
