It’s not super healthy, but these are awesome, and fast. These days, I need awesome and fast.
- a package of taco seasoning
- can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups of salsa
Pour over 4-6 chicken breasts, cook on low 8 hours or so. Shred, then stir back into the pot for another 15-60 minutes. Serve like taco meat, on tortillas with fixings.
