The Brothers aren’t behaving well at school, and so their trip to our house this weekend was cancelled. They have an opportunity to do better and come with us next weekend, and I hope that they do. I’m sad that their hockey tickets won’t be used, and am looking for someone else who can join us. 

I am grateful that they have parents who care and who hold them accountable and are even willing to sacrifice a kid-free weekend to make sure the boys toe the line. The best thing in the world is these boys have relationships with their previous foster families, they still have their village, and we are all working together for the brightest future possible for them.Â
