Added to the list of things I never thought I’d have to consider is the Name Issue. Sugar Biscuit was given a very redneck, unusual name at birth. Hubs and I would never choose this name for our child, and it has the potential to be handicapping to him in his future. It is extremely unique, and very Texan, to say the least. However, we want to be sensitive to the name his birth mother gave him, and so therein lies the problem. I’d love for you all to weigh in on what you think we should do. Leave his name? Use part of it as a middle name? Change it all together? 

We want to do the right thing for him, all the way around. We just aren’t sure what that is.
